You do not need previous breathwork experience.
You simply need to show up.
Breath changes physiology.
Attention changes.
The noise quiets.
And sometimes, what has been sitting underneath all of that thinking finally has room to surface.
BREATHE is an experiential evening. You will be guided through the process from beginning to end.
A professionally facilitated breathwork journey led by Giovanni Bartolomeo and the Elemental Rhythm approach.
Breath, sound and guided facilitation create an environment where you can become fully present in the experience.
Step outside of your normal routine and share the room with people willing to explore something deeper.
The experience does not end when the breathing ends. Create space to notice what shifted, what became clear and what you want to carry forward.

Giovanni Bartolomeo is the founder of Elemental Rhythm and an internationally recognized breathwork facilitator, entrepreneur and transformational leader.
His work combines breathwork, movement, meditation, music and personal development into immersive experiences designed to help people reconnect with themselves.
Through Elemental Rhythm, Gio has helped bring breathwork into communities, organizations and live experiences around the world.
He will be leading the BREATHE experience live in Las Vegas.
