What This Is
The Leadership Cohort is a leadership development experience built around presence, accountability, emotional maturity, and service.
As a member of the cohort, you’ll be challenged to continue your own work while learning to support the integrity of a transformational environment.
This is not an opportunity to coach or fix other participants. It’s an opportunity to learn how to lead yourself, receive feedback, practice new skills, and support others while respecting their individual experiences.
We aren’t looking for perfect leaders.
We’re looking for people who are willing to grow, take responsibility for themselves, and understand that how they show up matters.
What We’re Looking For
The ability to speak openly, honestly, and specifically from your own experience.
A willingness to look at yourself, receive feedback, and work on areas where you still have room to develop.
Evidence that your Wealth Within experience has translated into meaningful choices, behaviors, and actions.
An understanding that this is an opportunity for growth and service, not status, recognition, or special access.
A desire to bring what you’re learning into your family, relationships, workplace, and community.
Application
Your responses help us understand who you are, how you’ve grown, and what you’re ready to develop next.
There are no perfect answers. We encourage you to be thoughtful, specific, and honest.
Speak from your own experience. Share examples whenever possible.
